Children's Canvas Paint Party

For Kids Events: For children party, any child under 6, needs to be accompanied by one of the parents, but not both. Only 6 chaperones are permitted. If you have more guests, please inform us ahead of time with the number of the guests. We have limited space. No guests will be allowed in the painting premises.

NOTE: If hosted at a different location, a Transportation & Travel Fee of $85.00 will be applied.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Despite the best of intentions and the most organized of plans, we understand that unforeseen events could possibly challenge the ability of you (or your guests) to make it to your private party. Please let us know as soon as you know! Deposits are subject to forfeiture only when PFS is NOT notified at least 3 weeks in advance of the event's scheduled start time. You may opt to reschedule your Private Party with at least 2 weeks advance notice at no charge. If the event is cancelled after that time, your deposit will be forfeited – no exceptions!

 Deposit:  $150 deposit is need to be paid to book the party.

Payment

It is $30 per child for children party. Minimum of 12 painters for any party. Total payment minus $150 is due one week before the party with cash, credit/debit card, Venmo or with Zelle; otherwise, the party will be considered as cancelled. If pay by credit/debit card, there will be 3% extra charge. There is minimum of 15% service Fee which includes tax and service fees, will be due with final payment, no exception. If there is more than 12 people present on the day of the party to paint, then the charge will be additional $35 per child artist and $40 per adult artist. If less than 12 people paint on the day of the event, the money will not be returned under any circumstances.

Setup & Cleanup

You are responsible to set up and clean up the party room (including taking out the trash). We will provide you numbers of tables in the party room per your request. You are responsible to bring the table clothes, food, drinks, utensils, cups, plates paper napkins and any other things you need for your party. PFS is responsible for the studio and all the supplies needed for the painting.

Party Time & Minimum Number of Guests:

2.5 Hours of celebration! Doors will open 10 minutes in advance of the official start time. All parties begin promptly at the scheduled time. For that reason, please have your guests arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. An additional studio fee of $75 will be added to your cost if your group exceeds the 10- minute grace period at the end of the party. We will be happy to accommodate any other requests should you need additional time for opening gifts, visiting, etc. at $75 per half hour.

This includes:

  • Your choice of any painting in Paint Fun Studio’ .
  • Your own artist, providing easy to follow step-by-step instruction.
  • All materials (paint, brushes, aprons)
  • You can bring your own music, iPods, and CDs. We will hook it up in our BOOMING sound system.

Food/Beverages: We encourage you to bring any drinks/food, and utensils.
